Flange Bolting Belleville Washers will maintain adequate seal pressure and provide increased tension when the bolts creep and stretched by differential expansion between flange and the bolts.

 

High temperature and cryogenic pipe support:

Thermal expansion, relaxation of bolts and vibration will cause low gasket pressure and bolt stretch.

Adding Optimum Flange Bolting Belleville Washers to provide additional tension to prevent leakage.

 

Heat exchangers & pipe Flanges:

Differential thermal expansion or contraction happens between flange and bolt results in a loss of gasket load and flange leakage.

Adding Optimum Flange Bolting Belleville Washers to maintain sufficient preload between flange and bolt.

●Tool Steel H13
  with good wear resistance, toughness, high temperature strength at temperature up to about 500 °C (about 1000 °F)

 

●Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steel 17-7PH (1.4568) /15-7PH
  with excellent fatigue properties as well as good corrosion resistance at temperatures up to 480 °C (about 900 °F)

 

●High Temperature Stainless Steel Inconel 718 (2.4668) / Inconel 750 (2.4669):
  with high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel chromium material used at -200 °C (about -423°F) to 700 °C (about 1300°F)
